Founded by Dr. Amelia Reigstad, PhD. our roots are in professional development, supporting women and organizations across North America in becoming stronger leaders and more effective communicators. Over time, that mission expanded into the curated retail experience you see today in downtown White Bear Lake, where we proudly showcase over 80 women-owned brands. The Women Collective is so much more than a retail store. We continue to offer professional development and training opportunities, serve as keynote speakers and moderators, and curate meaningful events and workshops designed to inspire and uplift women with purpose.
